Basement Drywall & Coastal Painting in Wells, ME

Wells mixes year-round houses with seasonal and rental properties, and that mix decides the work. Inside, it is finishing the space a house already has — basements and attics turned into real rooms. Exterior prep on this coast is not a formality. Salt film has to be washed off, failing paint scraped back to sound material, bare wood spot-primed and joints re-caulked, because a topcoat over failing film peels regardless of what it cost per gallon.
