Who we are

J&B Drywall & Paint (legal entity J&B Pro Drywall Inc) is a drywall and painting contractor serving New Hampshire and Maine. You can reach us at jbpaint.drywall@gmail.com or (978) 805-8654. This policy covers this website only.

What we collect through the estimate form

If you fill in the estimate form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, your city and state, the service you are asking about, your rough timeline, and any project details you write in the message box. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive information through this form.

We collect this for one reason: to contact you about your estimate and to do the work if you hire us. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to other contractors, lead-generation companies or marketing lists.

Where that information goes

A submitted form is stored as a record in the database that runs behind this website, hosted by our website provider, so a request cannot be lost if an email fails. The same details are also sent to the business by email (and, if you choose the WhatsApp option after submitting, in the WhatsApp message you send us). Access to the stored records is limited to the business owner and the platform that hosts the site.

We keep estimate requests as long as they are useful as a business record — typically a few years, so we can look up a past job, quote or warranty. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site is built to support Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising pixel. When those tags are active, they and their cookies may collect standard technical information — pages viewed, the site or ad you arrived from, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type — and they may record actions such as clicking our phone number, clicking our email address, clicking the WhatsApp button, or submitting the estimate form. Google and Meta use that data to measure whether their ads work and, where you have permitted it, to show you our ads on their platforms.

Those events are measurements of an action, not copies of your form. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message text to Google or Meta.

You can control this from your side: browsers let you block or delete cookies, Google publishes an Analytics opt-out add-on, and both Google and Meta have ad settings where you can limit personalised advertising.

How to see or delete your information

Email jbpaint.drywall@gmail.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Please write from the email address you used on the form, or include the phone number you gave, so we can find the right record. We will handle it within 30 days. If we have to keep something for a legal or accounting reason — an invoice for completed work, for example — we will tell you what and why.

Children

This is a contractor's website for property owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or which advertising platforms we use, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Our terms of service cover estimates, change orders and our workmanship warranty.
